Russel Walder’s album "Music for a Shift in Consciousness" has been one of the most important albums of my adult life. If you can listen 'to' (rather than listen 'for') then it is an utterly singular experience. I can't speak highly enough of Russel's work. His music will undoubtedly be a significant contribution to the stream of the world's music that impacts deeply and    positively on people's inner lives.
